Ever since the secret memo urging protesters to go to town hall meetings and disrupt Democratic representatives, the right has been crying that average citizens are being squelched when all they want to do is express themselves.  Now we find out that Democratic Congressman Steve Kagen of Wisconsin faced an angry, interruptive crowd, with one woman claiming to be “just a mom from a block away, not affiliated with any political party.”  But it turns out that the woman, Heather Bish, is a Republican who worked on the campaign of Kagen’s opponent, John Gard and is a Republican operative, as detailed on her Linkedin page.

She was the vice chair of the Republican Party of Kewaunee County until last year. She worked on the John Gard campaign, who ran unsuccessfully against Kagen last year. And it says she’s a part of the Republican Party for Kagen’s district, as well as the Republican Party of Wisconsin, and the Republican National Committee.
