Ever since the secret memo urging protesters to go to town hall meetings and disrupt Democratic representatives, the right has been crying that average citizens are being squelched when all they want to do is express themselves.  Now we find out that Democratic Congressman Steve Kagen of Wisconsin faced an angry, interruptive crowd, with one woman claiming to be “just a mom from a block away, not affiliated with any political party.”  But it turns out that the woman, Heather Bish, is a Republican who worked on the campaign of Kagen’s opponent, John Gard and is a Republican operative, as detailed on her Linkedin page.
