Who Was Worse, Bush Or Hoover?

I’d say Bush, as Hoover didn’t start an unnecessary war. And now we learn that the final Wall Street toll 6.9 toll leaves a $6.9 trillion hole.  That’s “trillion” with a “t”.  It was the worst year since the Great Depression.

 

The losses in 2008 were so broad and deep that every sector in the Standard & Poor’s 500-stock index took a double-digit hit, and the financial sector lost more than half of its value.
