“I will fight; I will fight; I will fight, until I take my last breath.  I have done nothing wrong.”

Blagojevich asks that people grant him the same rights they would want for themselves: the presumption of innocence, the right to defend himself, the right to appear in court.  That is the American way, isn’t it?
