More Obama Swift-Boating

We reported on the swift-boating of Obama months ago.  In my absence Jerome Corsi continued the smears last night on Hannity and Colmes and promised that everything he was saying is true.  Media Matters has already discovered one untruth in his book: the claim that while Obama admitted using drugs, he never claimed to stop using them.  Nevermind that Obama wrote that he stopped the practice while at Columbia University; the implication that, therefore, Obama must be some kind of drug addict is just ridiculous. 

Before taking anything this man says seriously, it is instructive to take a trip down Corsi Lane and visit some of his other comments:

• Corsi on Islam: “a worthless, dangerous Satanic religion”
• Corsi on Catholicism: “Boy buggering in both Islam and Catholicism is okay with the Pope as long as it isn’t reported by the liberal press”
• Corsi on Muslims: “RAGHEADS are Boy-Bumpers as clearly as they are Women-Haters — it all goes together”
• Corsi on “John F*ing Commie Kerry”: “After he married TerRAHsa, didn’t John Kerry begin practicing Judiasm? He also has paternal grandparents that were Jewish. What religion is John Kerry?”
• Corsi on Senator “FAT HOG” Clinton: “Anybody ask why HELLary couldn’t keep BJ Bill satisfied? Not lesbo or anything, is she?”

Quite dignified, no? 

And here is a series of his posts on the Free Republic where, among other things, he praises its founder, Jim Robinson, as “a great American patriot”, congratulates the swift boaters, and attacks John Kerry.  And, by the way, to those honorable men who sacrificed thier lives and limbs on swift boats, it’s a shame that those words, “swift boat”, have been hijacked by these people.
