Cheney’s Cheney

That would be David Addington, who makes Cheney look like Mr. Rogers.  The VP’s post-Libby Chief of Staff, obviously has contempt toward Congress and resents having to answer quesitons.  First, he admonishes Congressman William Delahunt for asking him questions that al Qaeda might see him answering, as they love watch C-SPAN.

Here, Addington tells Congressman John Conyers that his (Addington’s) definiton of the unitary theory isn’t quite what Congress understands it to be.
