How Many Of Us Are Too Stupid To Vote?

Just How Stupid Are We?  That’s a new book by Rick Shenkman, and the question is a good one, especially during an election year.  Under the original Constitution, only the House of Representatives was directly elected.  Our founding fathers knew they couldn’t trust the electorate without enough qualifiers built in.  I mean do you really want that guy who just cut you off while you were coming off the highway ramp deciding the next president of the United States?
