Meet The Mayor

Or, ex-mayor, that is.  Carmen Kontur-Gronquist took these pictures before she was a mayor and had them on her myspace page.  But now she’s been stripped….er, recalled from her job running Arlington, Oregon, by a vote of 143-139. 

After three years as mayor, this photo, taken on a town firetruck, didn’t sit well with some residents of a town named for the birthplace of Robert E. Lee.  Good thing this isn’t a beach community. Imagine how salacious it would be to see people in bathing suits all the time.
