Huck Holds News Conference To Unveil Ad He Won’t Play Because It’s Too Negative
So let me get this straight: You don’t want to be seen as running a negative ad, so you hold a news conference to play it for the media.
The ad says:
“If a man is dishonest to obtain a job, he’ll be dishonest on the job.”
Huckabee had no trouble saying that line on Sunday and Monday interviews.
“If people want to be cynical about it,” Huckabee said, “they can be cynical about it.”
I want to be cynical about it.
