Just Give This Marine His Marijuana Back
He served in Kuwait during Desert Storm and was injured by shrapnel from a grenade in 1991. To ease his pain and his stress he uses marijuana as a state-certified patient But that didn’t stop the DA from filing criminal charges against him. Charges were dismissed last Friday in Arapahoe County District Court. Kevin Dickes has been fighting to get his 71 plants back. Was that asking too much? Just today, the DA agreed to have the plants returned. He’ll be on radio with me tonight.
