Texas sued over requiring fetus funerals

A coalition of women’s rights groups has filed a lawsuit attempting to block new regulations passed by the state of Texas that reportedly affect a woman’s abortion rights. According to the restrictions that are set to take effect Dec. 19, it is mandatory to bury or cremate the embryonic and fetal tissue resulting from abortions, miscarriages…

    This kind of “legislation” should be treated as a hate crime against women.
    And those perpetuating it should be charged with such.

      Does Texas intend to issue a death certificate for an organism that was never alive in the first place? It’s a short step from this to a “personhood” amendment.

    Truly an undue burden, both emotionally and monetarily. Why do they hate women?
