Carrier now raising prices

They claim it has nothing to do with the Trump deal.

United Technologies Corp., which owns Carrier, will raise prices for residential and commercial HVAC equipment as much as 5 percent starting next year, according to Business Insider.The price change was first announced Nov. 23, according to the report. The company said the decision was unrelated to the deal with Trump.

    The market will let them raise only so far. Their corrugated packaging did go up the 21st.
