Before he takes the reigns of power, Trump due in court on fraud charges

Posted by | November 9, 2016 09:39 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics

He’ll raise his right hand to take an oath on January 20, but first must do the same in a court of law.

Trump faces a legal ordeal no president-elect has ever encountered: juggling defending himself before a jury with preparing for the vast challenges a political novice will face in assuming the presidency.

And the class-action case set for trial the Monday after Thanksgiving is just one of a plethora of lawsuits and threatened suits Trump was entangled in during the campaign—litigation that doesn’t seem likely to disappear anytime soon and might even intensify with Trump headed to the White House.

In addition to several suits over Trump University, Trump has threatened lawsuits against a dozen or more women who’ve accused him of sexual impropriety in recent months—and several of those women have threatened to countersue if he comes after them.

There’s also a New York state investigation into his charitable foundation and a reported federal investigation into some of his advisers’ ties to Russia.

      yep.

the orange savior of the angry and fearful white people MUST appear to be squeaky clean for the history books of the conservative christians, no matter how many times they must throw out the old plan of salvation and take a dump on it.

donald is their dead hooker handcuffed to them. It is our DUTY to make sure the keys are never found.

Monday November 28: ‘What (trump) said about Judge Curiel is (R)acist’-Speaker Paul Ryan. ‘It’s obvious he knows very little about the issues.’-(R-KY) McConnell. Fraud U!

That is not the kind of history being made that I was contemplating.

Trump will skip away from it all, the republican establishment will see to it, he’s their creation after all.

it WAS kind of stupid of them to cast the handcuff keys over the side of the ship though.

I wouldn’t bank too much on the ‘FBI Investigation’ – birds of a feather, that kind of stuff.

Rump is safe. With Repulsives in Congress and Comey at the FBI I’m confident Rump will walk away from it all…

How can someone so tainted with lawsuits against him,be sworn in on Jan.20? Maybe the Bulgarian mystic will be correct after all, that the 44th president, will be the last? Unorthodox idea to be sure, but this has been anything but an orthodox campaign. Its still 71 days to Jan.20.Just a thought to ponder. In any event, either way,I do not feel hopeful for our survival as a nation.

well, at least the orange puff will have a job after losing his empire. Orange may also be the best thing to have happened since his life is evil, he will be exposed as evil and then orange will be illegal and the florida citrus industry will fail and all the old Vitamin C freaks will want him impeached ’cause peaches are not yet affected.
