A manhunt is in progress.

…police right now say they are working with very few details other than a vehicle description, according to Sgt. Paul Parizek of the Des Moines police.

The first officer responded to a report of shots fired shortly after 1 a.m local time in the Des Moines suburb of Urbandale and was shot and killed while sitting alone in his patrol car.

Authorities on Wednesday morning named Scott Michael Greene, 46, as the suspect in the shootings that killed the officers from Des Moines and nearby Urbandale. They said Greene, an Urbandale resident, was last seen driving a blue Ford F-150 with a silver-colored topper. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2016/11/02/two-iowa-police-officers-killed-in-what-police-are-calling-ambush-style-attacks/?wpisrc=al_alert-national

And of course the trolls/Trumpers immediately blamed Black Lives Matter and Obama. Too bad for them it was a green eyed white guy who did it. Oh, and he’s not a Muslim either.

This is what I found at Wash Times. My work computer won’t show Fox comments.

I absolutely KNEW there would be zero comments on this story here at trump central. Now had the suspect been African American, Muslim, or Mexican this board would be exploding with racist vitriol. You people are so disgustingly predictable. see more 2

Yes indeed, “you people”, as in you ignorant, uneducated, hypocritical, trump supporters.

    Dire straits and mental issues

That doesn’t absolve all NRA members

Funny. When this story first broke, it was all over every news station 24/7. And, just like that, the story stopped making the news. I wonder why. Oh, that’s right. It turns out the killer was a white guy.
Move along. Nothing to see here.

exactly. doesn’t fit into their narrative.

      • Bunya November 2nd, 2016 at 15:27

What really bothers me is, their racism is so blatant and so apparent, yet when you call them out on it, they’re like, “What? Who me? Racist? Don’t be silly. Black people love us!”

so apparently, this asshat was upset that his confederate rag was taken from him at a high school football game that he was waving around in front of black students. he told the police he wanted it back.
