    With all the gas people will be wasting while idling on the bridges, the state will balance their budget.

    Let’s see,
    Who buys the new fuel economic cars and electric cars— the Rich.
    Who owns the older gas guzzler cars —-The Poor
    Who spends the smallest percentage of their total income on gas—-The Rich
    Who spends the Largest percentage of their income on Gas—–the Poor.
    Yup, that is a fairness for all residents TAX INCREASE by a Conservative Republican.
