Saint Louis Muslims blast ISIS on billboard: ‘You suck!’

Now that’s what I call sending a message!

A new billboard in Ballwin has a message local Muslims hope will make clear their condemnation of terrorism.

It reads, “‘Hey ISIS, you suck!!!’ from: #ActualMuslims,” along with a verse from the Quran that says, “Life is sacred.”

The billboard is located on Manchester Road, east of Weidman.

According to [FOX2Now Saint Louis’] partners at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the campaign started in Chicago with the nonprofit Sound Vision Foundation.

I hope this condemnation is encouraged in all Muslim communities.

This is all well and good, but why do Muslims have the responsibility to decry ISIS? Are Christians required to declare the KKK evil, or be seen as collaborators?

We all should stand up to the extremists in our groups, you want to show you do not share a similar ideology especially if most of the citizens of the country are not familiar with this form of worship. Just my humble opinion.

I agree, but after every terrorist attack, the right wants to know why every Muslim in the world isn’t condemning them.

I know, I am not against any Muslim who doesn’t speak out against the extremists, I know I never felt I had to apologize for the Timothy McVeigh’s or Dylan Roof’s of the world simply because we share the same skin color. I just think it is good to show you do not identify at a certain point.

I really don’t remember the big Christian outcry over Koresh, Jim Jones, the WBC, Tony Alamo, Pat Robertson, and all the other cretins claiming to speak for the Christian Gawd. Where’s the big Christian apology to Muslims, gays, women, children, and all the other victims of Christian violence?

Simple. Clear. Concise. Easy to understand.

How will Fox spin it into something sinister?

This is a great start. America needs more billboards like this.
