Green Party’s Stein to be charged with vandalism

Posted by | September 7, 2016 11:03 | Filed under: Politics

Jill Stein, the Green Party presidential candidate, is accused of spray-painting pipeline equipment, according to Morton County, North Dakota Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier.

Stein was part of a group of 150 to 200 people who protested at the construction site, where two protesters attached themselves to bulldozers and some construction equipment reportedly was vandalized.

Though no arrests were made as a result of Tuesday’s actions, Kirchmeier said the sheriff’s department is “working up the information through the state’s attorney’s office to pursue charges (against Stein).” One possible charge could be for trespassing and another for vandalism, though it’s not yet known whether these would be felony or misdemeanor charges.

The democratic party is virtually non existent in North Dakota which leaves a huge vacuum that the Greens could exploit.

In many cases on the ballot instead of saying “democrat” it says “write in candidate here”.

If the Greens want to be looked at as a serious party they are going to have to grow some balls and get on some of these ballots where the dems have been beat to death.

But all’s they want to do is show up every four years and make themselves look foolish. Spray painting construction equipment is just stupid.

Very stupid and pointless. Disappointing behavior indeed.
