No convention bump for Trump in national tracking poll
Although one poll showed Trump with a bump when four candidates were included, the latest poll shows no such bump.
Click here for reuse options!The NBC News/Survey Monkey weekly tracking poll released Tuesday morning found that Donald Trump did not see a post-convention bounce in support.
Hillary Clinton maintained her one point lead over Trump, leading him 46-45.
However, when third party candidates were added to the question, Trump led Clinton by two points, up one point form last week’s poll. It was Trump 41, Clinton 39, Libertarian Gary Johnson 10, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein 5.Trump has seen mixed polling results following the Republican convention in Cleveland. A CNN/ORC national poll released Monday found Trump gaining six points since before the convention and earning a 48-45 lead over Clinton. And in a CBS News poll released Monday, Trump led Clinton by one point.

I don’t think Dems are gonna see a significant bump either…the majority of voters have settled in one camp or another, and seeing how those camps are on different ends of the spectrum, I don’t see any movement there.
The fight is for the 7-8% who haven’t weighed in yet…

I agree that the Libertarian’s have never done better than 1%, but I’m getting the feeling this could be like a mini Ross Perot thing…5-6% right and left, could go that way…JMO…

The Libertarians and Greens are going to do noticeably better this year. More than a few of the disaffected will end up there.
More than a few RINO’s are going libertarian or staying home, how many Bernie supporters will vote Green Party, or not vote?
Both Perot and Nader swung elections, Nader with 35 in Florida.
And the electorate is a lot madder this time.

I turned it off, I felt brain cells escaping and if I am losing any more of those, it will be due to something making me feel good and not by watching something that makes me feel stupid.
