Scott Walker eyes Trump fall as opportunity to jump in

Posted by | June 8, 2016 15:11 | Filed under: Politics

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is ready and willing to serve. (Able is a different matter).

One of Walker’s comments today is adding fuel to the fire. In an interview with a local TV station in Wisconsin, Walker walked away from his endorsement of Trump, then made this ominous (?) comment:

[Trump] is not yet the nominee. Officially that won’t happen until the middle of July and for me that’s kind of the timeframe. In particular I want to make sure he renounces what he says, at least in regards to this judge.

“He’s not the nominee yet” really can only mean one possible thing: Walker is among the people who are at least entertaining the possibility that something might happen to prevent Trump from becoming the nominee in July.

Most right wingers think that someday they too will be rich and famous, so let’s make the rules favor the rich and famous

Yeah because the guy who had 1% support will always be the one the party can count on to come up from behind when they finally realize how their terrible their candidate is………/s

Renounces his comments at least in regards to the just, I don’t care about the other degrading and racist crap aimed at our citizens and allies abroad. This is really getting to me. They are pissy over these racist and bigoted comments but not the others.

If I remember right, the only person to drop out of the primary before Walker was Perry.

Well yeah, I remember three things… there was this, that… and, uh, …DOH!… (oops! I did it again!) Walker aspires to the depths of Drumpf’ & Perry’s corruption, but is too busy being a failure at running a state!

Renouncing the things he’s said about Latinos/Hispanics, Judge Curiel, and many other Americans would change nothing. Walker is offering a simple solution to a complex matter. Trump said what he said, and I don’t think the persons he has targeted will forget it. Trump’s non-apology statement issued on yesterday confirms what he said about himself: He doesn’t ask God for forgiveness because he doesn’t think he ever does anything wrong.
