Take the money from Halliburton, I have a feeling one of their biggest shareholders had a hand in creating the pathways to torture.

Have you noticed how frequently we are almost the only ones commenting this kind of subject?

Not really, I normally only come to the story one time and comment. I only come back if someone comments to me. Maybe others are sick about hearing about the same story for years and seeing nothing has changed. I understand, it is sick that this was occurring and even worse, it was condoned.

That must be it. Such uneasy subject it is.

There are so many layers on each side, I understand the human nature of retribution but at the same time, I believe anything that puts our troops in harms way is not something we should even consider.

I’ m totally against it in any circumstances.

I try to be a pacifist, but my temper sometimes gets in my way. I haven’t acted on my temper in years, but I can still feel anger towards others and wish to make them feel pain they have inflicted on me or others.

Oh, I have this kind of feeling too! :) But concerning torture, I’m against it as a matter of principle.

I agree with that, the fact torture puts our military in jeopardy far outweighs any questionable information we may gather.

Strangely, Abu Ghraib pictures showed tortures still worse than the ones mentioned in the lawsuit. It’s not a contest, I know…
