    You would think we’d have learned with prohibition…it gave rise to the most powerful crime syndicate in the world…or $100 billion spent in a drug war where drug use and smuggling only ever went up…or maybe the drug cartels in Mexico, where US demand for drugs has meant the death of thousands upon thousands of innocent lives…
    You see states like Colorado rake in millions in tax revenue and yet many refuse to decriminalize the cannabis…
