    I wish him luck. He’ll need it. The courts have been side stepping and dodging the obvious conflict for a long time and I’m guessing they will continue to do so.

      That’s one of those areas neither side of the Supreme Court wants to pick up.

    Such an important battle, and one that will make such a huge difference in so many people’s lives. And it totally won’t alienate anyone on the fence about which party to support. Yes, this is exactly the face liberalism needs right now with our predominantly religious populace (especially among folks who can/do vote) as we get ready to try and win an election.
