Kasparian told GOP hawks:

You don’t respect the troops. You use the troops as an excuse to go to war in a country where we don’t belong. And on top of that, you deny them of incredibly important health benefits so they can get the treatment they need when they come back to the United States….READ MORE at LiberalAmerica

    Truth!

Too bad none of that truth will ever make it into these farcical GOTP debates.

      She’s a bitch, ain’t she?

And it’s been going on as long as there have been wars. The soldiers fight and pay the ultimate costs, the politicians make platitudes and reap the benefits. Meanwhile, whatever’s left of the civilians cover the bills and provide the fodder for future wars.

The right won’t understand her. They only know of females on the news who have skirts hiked up to their navels and cleavage spilling out into their laps. The fact that she thinks and speaks truthfully will go right over their little heads.

My dad was a disabled veteran he fought the VA for everything he ever got from them.

    • allison1050 November 12th, 2015 at 15:02

My last husband was terrified of the VA.

  5. Red Eye Robot November 12th, 2015 at 15:22

Apparently Anna didn’t hear that the obama administration has been running the VA for 7 years now. and by all indications its gotten worse not better.

    • robert November 12th, 2015 at 17:12

gwb didn’t bother funding VA prior to the war he started

perhaps he thought there would be no casualties ?

You must think we live in a dictatorship and the president can do whatever he wishes…there’s this thing called congress…

R’s voted down the Comprehensive Veterans Health and Benefits and Military Retirement Pay Restoration Act of 2014 and 6 other attempts to expand VA care.

The R’s have blood all over their hands…
Jeb! tried privatizing the VA when he was Gov
Rand Paul said no to bennies for same sex veteran couples.
Cris Cristie removed the requirement that 3% of state contracts be awarded to veteran owned businesses.
Marco Rubio voted against education benefits including in-state tuition for veterans.
Ted Cruz voted against $27m in healthcare for veterans after hurricane Sandy.
All in all the republican controlled congress has voted against expanding any type of healthcare benny 7 times

It’s for people like Ana Kasparian that I am happy to have served and retired from the military. And for people like her, I’d do it all over again. That has nothing to do with the fact that she’s a really pretty young woman. But seriously, thank you Ana for your support. It truly does mean something to us.
