SCOTUS Gay Marriage Ruling To Become Movie

Hollywood is developing a movie on the Supreme Court decision on same-sex marriage.

Fox has acquired the life rights of Jim Obergefell, the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit that went to the court. The studio has also bought life rights to Obergefell’s attorney Al Gerhardstein.

“It’s reassuring to learn that what I was told as a child is true: One person — or two people, in our case — really can change the world,” Obergefell wrote in a guest column in Variety‘s Special Issue onmarriage equality, published three days after the ruling.
The Fox 2000 division has set up the project with producers Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen through their Temple Hill banner. Their credits include the five “Twilight” films and “The Fault in Our Stars.”

    With FAUX News owning the rights, you can expect a twisted, packed full of lies, version of what actually happened. Then it will be rushed into production in order to grab as much of the money tide as possible. Low on quality, high in distortion, no talent, and a huge money maker.

      Fox News isn’t actually synonymous with Fox in general. To demonstrate, consider The Simpsons, which satirise the right constantly.

      A quick look on insidegov.com shows that Wyck Godfrey’s only political donation has been to Obama for America (2008), while Marty Bowen’s only donation has been to Hillary Clinton for President (2008).

      So expect Fox News to come out against the movie.

        The talking heads at FakeNews generally ignore the greedy capitalists at corporate headquarters.

    Make it a Broadway play, with dancing and singing….and an opening number by Scalia;
    “♪ Midniiiiiight, and the crosses are buuuuuurning, but deep down I’m still yearrrrrrning….for a hood of my owwwwwwwn….♫”
