The headline is hyperbolic. All the Supreme Court ruling means, is that the EPA has to consider costs when it implements a regulation. It’s not an unreasonable requirement, as even corporations don’t have unlimited financial resources.
Once a cost analysis is done, the EPA can resubmit and enact the regulations.

The EPA says that the SCOTUS is a day late and a dollar short…it took so long and in the meantime….the targets have since gone into compliance….what if you gave a war and no one came
