Officials in Newtown, Connecticut, voted Wednesday night to tear down the former home of Adam Lanza, who murdered 20 children and six teachers at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012.     I will never understand this mentality, the evil that committed this act is not embodied in a physical structure and wont be eliminated from society by it’s destruction.
    What a good use for the house or the school that has already been torn down would be I wont speculate as I’m not a member of that community. jmo

      But if they don’t have to look at the house, they won’t have to think of the tragedy anymore.

        All the more reason it should stand, as a reminder to do something,nothing has changed that would prevent this from happening again. Not that I’m sure we could legislate this away.

    That still doesn’t solve the proliferation of guns by the assholes in the NRA. They still rule that part of Connecticut
