The North Carolina Senate race is a tight one and voter turnout is likely to be crucial. Enter Americans for Prosperity, the Koch brother funded organization:

The North Carolina State Board of Elections announced this week that it is investigating a controversial mailer the conservative advocacy group Americans for Prosperity Foundation (AFPF) sent to thousands of state residents that contained inaccurate information about voter registration.

The board was required to launch an investigation after a formal complaint was filed by Casey Mann, executive director of the N.C. Democratic Party. The complaint noted that the mailer, sent by the AFP Foundation—whose chairman is David Koch—included incorrect information on the registration deadline, where to send voter registration applications, and where to get answers to questions about registration.

There has to be a steep price for the flagrant disrespect these Koch plutocrats have for the sanctity of voting as an American. They should be investigated and fined with the inability to participate in campaign organizations of any kind. Any and all kind of participation would be banned for a period of time; a year or two.
