Milwaukee Sheriff: Assault Weapons Ban Would Cause 2nd American Revolution

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says banning assault weapons would lead to “the second coming of an American Revolution, the likes of which would make the first revolution pale by comparison.”

[Alex] Jones told Clarke that he had talked to “a lot of analysts” who “think that the Obama-Marxist types want to start a civil war in this country.”

“They’ve got to know what will happen if they try to confiscate guns,” he said, referring to a federal assault weapons ban.

Clarke responded that such a ban would be an “act of tyranny.”
