Rob Ford Barrels Into Woman, Bowls Her Over, During City Council Meeting

Sadly, the Toronto mayor didn’t bowl her over in a good way.

The woman Ford barreled into is Councillor Pam McConnell, who represents Toronto Centre-Rosedale.

Ford said he was running because he saw his brother, Councillor Doug Ford, getting into an “altercation.”

After some prodding from the council, Ford apologized to McConnell and said “it was a complete accident.”
