McConnell: “I Need A Dance Partner” To Solve Fiscal Cliff

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says he’s “concerned about a lack of urgency.”  What does he think President Obama coming back from his vacation and calling a meeting of House and Senate leaders is?

“I’m concerned about the lack of urgency here,” he said. “I think we all know we’re running out of time. There is far too much at stake for political gamesmanship.”

“We’re willing to work with whoever, whoever can help,” he went on. “There’s no single issue that remains an impossible sticking point. The sticking point appears to be a willingness or willingness and interest or frankly the courage to close the deal. I want everyone to know I’m willing to get this done. But I need a dance partner.”

Who does he think President Obama is, if not his dance partner? How about, he stops stepping on his partner’s shoes while dancing?
